Does "3 loyalty programs" mean I can only have 3 customers?
No — those are two different things: the limit is on active programs, not customers. On the Starter plan you could run, say, a stamp card that rewards visits, a cashback card that returns a percentage of every purchase, and a coupon card for your promotions, each with its own mechanics and its own rewards. The customers who sign up are unlimited from the Starter plan up.
Do I need to buy hardware or a terminal?
No. Your team scans the customer's QR from any phone or tablet with a browser. There are no readers, terminals or installations to pay for.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
